My Name is S. Scott Grizzle.  Most people call me Scott or Grizz.

I'm a 25+ year Technology and Broadcast veteran with extensive experience in operations, engineering, and management in high-tech, semiconductor, machine vision, A.I., Machine Learning, audio, video, streaming, and broadcast industries.

 

Extensive partnership, business development and sales expertise combined with proven success in producing all aspects of audio and video productions with over 10,000 hours produced. Strong technical project manager skilled in the research, development, system design, and integration of equipment for live capture and editing. Expert in Webcasting and Streaming Media Delivery, workflows and engineering along with years of broadcast and audio / video production.​

As Manager of Unified Communications at IBM, I lead global initiatives that shape how more than 300,000 employees work together every day. My focus is on unifying collaboration tools, strengthening digital ecosystems, and driving adoption of AI-powered, secure, and scalable communication platforms that make work simpler, smarter, and more human. From migrating enterprise environments to Microsoft Teams and Slack, to integrating Watson AI and blockchain for intelligent automation, I excel at leading modernization efforts that transform complex challenges into transformative results.

My journey began at the crossroads of media, technology, and innovation, helping Fortune 500 companies and startups alike redefine what’s possible through streaming, broadcasting, and digital communication. During my time with IBM Watson Media (formerly Ustream), I led global sales engineering and partnership teams through a high-growth transformation, introduced AI-driven video solutions, and cultivated strategic alliances with prominent brands such as Samsung, AT&T, and Sony. Each role strengthened my conviction that technology, when applied thoughtfully, can create real and measurable business impact.
