My name is Scott Grizzle. Most people call me Scott or Grizz.

I'm a strategic partnerships and enterprise platform executive with 25+ years building global ecosystems and modernizing how organizations connect, collaborate, and communicate. I specialize in partner-led growth and collaboration platforms that scale, from UC and AI productivity tools to enterprise video and global digital workplace experiences.

Most recently I led Unified Communications and AI platform strategy for 300,000 employees at IBM on a $100M budget, driving modernization across Microsoft Teams, Slack and Webex. I consolidated Webex and BlueJeans into Teams in seven months against a twelve month plan, delivering $30M+ in annual savings, and rolled out Copilot, Slack AI and Box AI across the workforce, taking all three from pilot into production.

Before leading UC at IBM, I helped drive the evolution of enterprise video and streaming at IBM Watson Media and Ustream. I built and scaled a global technical organization, grew platform revenue from $10M to $50M, delivered 10x partner growth through alliances with Samsung, Sony and AT&T, and secured a five year AI and enterprise video contract with the U.S. Navy.

That work ran deep into the public sector. We delivered AI and enterprise video to the Navy, NASA, the Army, DHS, CDC, FBI, DOJ, and multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals and state courts, which ran remote proceedings on the platform during COVID. I led FedRAMP scoping and federal security audit support for DHS, NASA and the Army, working directly with the third party assessors.

My career began in broadcast engineering and live production, a foundation that shaped my belief that communication at scale is both a technical and a human challenge. That experience still informs how I approach modern collaboration, where clarity, simplicity and user experience matter as much as the platforms themselves.

Today I focus on helping organizations build strategic partnerships, modernize their collaboration ecosystems, and adopt AI driven productivity, building digital workplace experiences that let people do their best work.
