Lead team and drive sales by establishing & nurturing Channel and Alliance partners by helping find new clients and GTM strategies. Finding new partners, reviewing business cases, and finding partners that can help fulfill offerings.

MAY 2014 - JUNE 2019

Manager of Sales Engineering and Technical Sales  -- IBM / Ustream

Drive sales as a Subject Matter Expert and consultant internally to Executive and Sales Management plus be a liaison between Product, Customer Success, and Sales by collaborating with companies including Cisco, HBO, ABC, CBS, Sony, Samsung, Waste Management, Box, Pinterest, Slack, and Intuit.

JAN 2010 - MAY 2014

Vice President of Business Development and Product Management -- DVEO (Computer Modules, Inc)

Created and Designed roadmaps and products along with hardware design for streaming media industry. Also responsible for Strategic relationships with vendors, partners, and potential customers. Work with engineers and producers to find best equipment for their situations.

Director Video Products / Business Development & Technical Sales -- LSI / Tarari

Spearheaded the development and implementation of digital media products, providing pre- and post-sales qualifications support and training. Developed strategic roadmap for video product line by working with Tier 1 OEM’s video companies including Cisco, Juniper, Ericsson, Tandberg, and End-user’s like Ascent Media, BBC, ITV, Canal + and Netflix, while serving as a consultant to Segment Marketing and other departments to help drive sales strategy and identify prospects.

PRESIDENT & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER -- River Communications

Produced, directed, and provided audio for all elements of production encoding and Webcast engineering. Developed and implemented new technology systems and managed full-time staff members and production contractors responsible for graphics and Web development.

FEB 2003 - NOV 2003

Broadcast and Satellite Truck engineering -- River Communication (XETV TV)

As a Part of growing River Communications reputation, I agreed to become a Satellite Truck & Broadcast Engineer.  This included Camera Shading, Fixing Equipment and Tower Engineering.


During this time I received my FCC License, SBE & NARTE Certificate.

Also Started on working on my Masters of Arts, in Management & Org Leadership

JAN 2004 -- SEPT 2006

Director of Sales and Sales Engineering  -- River Communications (CompuModules / ImageOps/ QZEO)

In 2004 after the contract with XETV ended I took another consulting / contracting position with CompuModules a div of Computer Modules at their Director of Sales and Engineering.  This was the Imaging, industrial vision, AV, and production equipment division.

I was responsible for: vendor relations, including bringing on new Vendors.  (Ikegami, JVC, and Sony Broadcast)

Producer / Director of Streaming Services (Audio Video & Streaming Media)  -- SeminarSource.com
